K-Stew On Her K-Stewness
At least she's well aware she's SUPER awkward!
Kristen Stewart appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno to promote her upcoming film The Runaways and Jay brought up her cough mid-presentation at the Oscars. She says:
"This will be baffling to a lot of people, but I was so proud of myself that night! I was like, whoa! I didn't fall down or anything!"
Oh that K-Stew, such an overachiever!
"That's one of those things that'll always replay in your head, like, oh, that happened," Kristen continued. "Why? WHY?!"
She thinks she's in good company, however, since Joan Jett is similar in her awkward behavior. She explains:
"We're both riddled with tics, but totally different ones. And there's only so much that script, footage, pictures can show you."
We still think she has some serious work to do in the public speaking arena — a smile would be a good start!
