Pucker up!

Toby Davis was arrested over the weekend after getting into a fight with his girlfriend, damaging the inside of her windshield when he punched it!

When the police arrived they had to taser him and he's been charged with refusing to submit to arrest, criminal threatening and domestic violence criminal mischief.

Yikes!

They must roll their eyes every time they get a phone call from her!

Danielle Staub alerted the police after Danny Aguilar, a convicted felon, called her last night demanded $100K from saving her ass from some drug dealers years back.

Aguilar says:

“My money got her out of trouble with these drug dealers. They wanted her dead and I didn’t want them to kill her. I paid for it. We all got popped, everyone went to jail and she snitched.”

Aguilar was the co-defendant when Staub was charged for extortion and intent to distribute cocaine. She agreed to a plea bargain where she would testify against Aguilar in exchange for 5 years probation and cocaine testing. As for Aguilar, he went to jail.

Danielle has been calling Aguilar "a celebrity stalker," but he begs to differ saying:

"I’m the ‘Real McCoy, I’m the one that did 15 years in a federal penitentiary over you. I’m no stalker.”

Yikes!

YBF is reporting hot Hot Wings is on lockdown in Chocolate City (D.C.) for an assault charge. I wonder if was due to her beating down KatStacks in D.C. a few weeks ago.  Either way, can you see Hot Wings in a Pam Grier afro and some orange overralls auditioning for a blaxploitation prison movie. Sorry, she is Hot!

Aww d*mn. Say it ain’t so. According to TMZ, Urkel put the pimp hand down on his baby mama. Apparently, she thought she was the sh*t, so he pushed her into the toilet.

Jaleel White — the actor who played Steve Urkel on “Family Matters” — is under investigation for allegedly battering a woman.
Sources familiar with the police report tell us … the alleged victim claims White allegedly punched her in one of her breast implants while they were driving on Pacific Coast Highway two weeks ago, with an infant in the car. We’re told, she claims when they got home White allegedly slapped her, and pushed her into a toilet so hard it broke the tank.

Sources connected with White’s baby mama, Bridget Hardy, tell TMZ Hardy is in fact the alleged victim. We’re told she did not report any injuries.

The alleged victim filed a report with the LAPD Tuesday. The investigation is ongoing.

A rep for Jaleel tells TMZ, “There was absolutely no battery … no abuse … and the incident never happened.”

The rep continues, “This is just a ploy in an ongoing custody battle over their young daughter to tarnish his name.”

Dang Urkel, let’s hope for your sake your rep is tellin’ the truth because there is absolutely no way to justify your thug!

George Michael's showing remorse for taking out a Snappy Snaps with his Range Rover at 3 in the morning this weekend.

He released a statement apologizing to his fans and supporters this morning, saying:

"I want to apologize to my fans for screwing up again, and to promise them I'll sort myself out. And to say sorry to everybody else, just for boring them."

Ha!

You sir are anything BUT boring! Every time you get arrested it's like the best episode of Funniest Dirty Home Videos we've ever seen!

But you do have to stop driving, we think. Clearly, you can not be trusted behind the wheel! Also, maybe it wouldn't hurt to get back into a rehab for a refresher course.

The man is constantly in trouble!

George Michael was arrested in Hampstead, London on Sunday on suspicion of being unfit to drive. It was not mentioned whether he was under the influence of any substances.

Police came after the singer crashed into a 1-hour photo on Hampstead High Street. Michael was taken in and posted bail to return in August pending further investigation.

Damn, JaMarcus:

Former Oakland Raiders quarterback JaMarcus Russell has been charged with possession of a controlled substance – codeine syrup – after being arrested at his home in Alabama on Monday, authorities said.

The 24-year-old former LSU star and the No. 1 draft choice in 2007 was arrested as part of an undercover narcotics investigation, said Mobile County Sheriff’s spokeswoman Lori Myles. She would not say what led to his arrest. She said he did not have a prescription for the codeine.

Russell, who graduated from high school in Mobile, was booked into the city jail and released soon afterward on $2,500 bond, online records show.

The Raiders released Russell, considered one of the NFL’s biggest draft busts, in May after he won only seven of his 25 starts and was benched. He completed just 52.1 percent of his passes in his career with 18 touchdowns, 23 interceptions, 15 lost fumbles and a passer rating of 65.2.

Oakland paid Russell about $36.4 million through the 2009 season. Since the start of the common draft in 1967, only one other No. 1 pick was released this quickly in his NFL career. Indianapolis cut 1992 top pick Steve Emtman after three seasons, but that was more because of injuries than production.

Russell and his agent did not immediately return calls for comment.
