Heather Locklear has just successfully completed a 30-day, in-patient rehab program to help her kick a prescription drug habit.

Sources say that "she's doing great" and that her decision to seek treatment had nothing to do with her hit-and-run accident with a "No Parking" sign back in April.

Good for you, Heather! We hope this will be your LAST stint in rehab!

Because there is no way to actually know whether she did it or not, the Ventura Country District Attorney's Office announced that Heather Locklear won't be charged with the murder of a street sign.

You'll recall that the Melrose Place star was being accused of a hit-and-run with a "No Parking" sign from back in April. Because there is "insufficient evidence" to determine who was the driver of the car at that time, no charges will be filed against Heather.

But the car is definitely still a suspect. There is no doubt that it was the BMW registered to Heather and her ex-hubby Richie Sambora that did the deed.

No word yet if the D.A. has filed charges against the car. (Hey, this is El Lay. It could happen!)

It's that time of the year again, and a new season of Celebrity Rehab will be upon us soon! Seeing as there's quite an abundance of celebrity fuck-ups as of late, the casting crew has attempted in vain to recruit ALL of them, including Lindsay Lohan, Heather Locklear, Brooke Mueller, and Jenna Jameson!

All four of them apparently told producers that they didn't have a problem and turned down the show. Lindsanity, in particular, apparently wouldn't even do it for $1 million paycheck!

Wow! You sure about that decision, bb? When was the last time you were offered THAT kind of money??

Producers are now attempting to court Charlie Sheen, but we're sure he's 'fine,' too!

LOLz! So ridiculous.
