Our beloved Lady GaGa has announced the US release of her album The Remix on August 3, 2010!!

The Remix will feature ten songs from The Fame and The Fame Monster including GaGa hits like “Just Dance”, “Poker Face”, “LoveGame”, "Paparazzi”, “Bad Romance”, “Telephone” and “Alejandro” all remixed by highly acclaimed DJ’s and artists.

The album has already sold over 500,000 albums internationally, topping the charts in the UK, Japan and Canada, and this is the first time the collection will be available stateside.

We love ourselves some GaGa and can't wait to hear the remixes!

Everytime we accept your craziness and come along with you for the ride, you go ahead and ruin it with stoopid Lady GaGa bashing!

The singer just gave a new interview to the NY Times, where she lulled us into a false sense of security by (rightfully) paying homage to our beloved Madonna!

She says:

“Madonna is the one. Madonna did amazing songs. She had an amazing sense of style, without a stylist. And she was flawed, and sometimes she admitted it. I’ll fight the fight for Madonna. I think she should send me some chocolates or something to thank me.”

Of course, that's when things turned ugly:

“With our video, we were really copying ‘Telephone.' Both our videos are road movies. We kill people, and they kill people. They start out in a prison, and we start out in a squat, hunting people down. I can’t talk about GaGa anymore. All I’ll say is, it’s upsetting when babies say ga-ga now. It used to be innocent. Now, they’re calling her name. You can’t really say that GaGa is culturally a change. Madonna was truly unique.”

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but we, of course, disagree!

And frankly, bb, all this bashing is starting to feel like a way to generate publicity and stand against what you consider to be culturally 'fashionable' right now!

How very nonconformist of you! What an original!

Trust us, it's worth it!

Phew! It would have been EXTREMELY douchey of them if they had made a fuss!

After a group of US soldiers stationed in Afghanistan posted a remake of Lady GaGa's Telephone video on-line, it quickly went viral and has had over 3 million hits on youtube!

Many were concerned that the soldiers would get in trouble for emulating our beloved GaGaloo, but spokeswoman Maj. Michelle Baldanza cleared the air today when she said:

"The brigade command team is happy to see that they also still have a good sense of humor and that morale is high."

Truth! Lady GaGa is an inspiration to us all!

Now if the armed services could just have the same sentiments over Don't Ask, Don't Tell, we'd actually be getting somewhere!

Producer Rodney "Darkchild" Jenkins confirmed that the leaked demo of "Telephone" is in fact Miz Britney Spears singing! He says:

"Just listened and yes its the demo, not a mixed version. I will not leak a mixed version. I am respecting Britney and Jive wishes. I love all of u and I love working with Britney. God bless!"

Darkchild also gave some exciting deets on Brit Brit's upcoming seventh studio album! He reveals:

"Larry Rudolph [Britney's manager] came to my house and we had an incredible conversation about Britney's new album. We talked about the direction of her album, he gave me some insight into the direction and he wants me to work on stuff. I'm about to put 200 percent of my focus into writing a new smash for Britney's new album.

"I think the fans deserve it, I think Britney deserves it and I can't wait to get back into the studio with Britney. I'm about to go crazy …. Since the conversation with Larry Rudolph I've studied some stuff from her last album and the Blackout album, and that was great stuff but I'm gonna bring something a little bit greater. I'm gonna give it my all to deliver something that's crazy .. for Britney."

Better than Blackout?!
